Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for customers located in the European Union and Internationally.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns or returns sent without prior approval.

If returned items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally to the diminished value of the item.
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 14 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
